   Zeiss Contura G2 Aktiv

We offer lathing and milling, produce welding constructions and are able to cut externally, round and flat. Furthermore we coordinate external services for heat and surface treatments, such as powder-coating, burnishing, hardening, nitrates, anodizing, painting etc.

Our goal is to achieve complete customer satisfaction. For this we guarantee quality, economic profitability, flexibility and adherence to agreed delivery schedules.

Quality control is monitored by our two 3-D-coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss Contura G2 AKTIV and Mitutoyo BA 706). Additionally, we are certified by DEKRA within DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. After client request we offer test reports on the very first pieces.

Our production and planning systems and excellent customer service mean that we guarantee delivery on time, every time.


Lathes:        
 

 chucker
 7-axis with 24 power tools
 automatic lathes and the optimal machine for every process

Milling:        
  With our 4-axis milling centres we can produce parts in virtually all shapes. For large quantities we have a machining centre with an interchangeable table at our disposal. We produce simple parts cost effectively with our conventional CNC milling machines. With our new machining centre parts up to a length of 1000 mm can be produced.    


Grinding:        
 

With our cylindrical grinding machine, cylindrical pieces up to a diameter of 300 mm and a length of 1000 mm can be grinded. Furthermore, we are capable of grinding flat surfaces.

  Advanced measuring and test technologies assure constant quality throughout the entire production process. Since 2006 we have been certified to DEKRA (DIN EN ISO 9001:2015).
